Have Questions? We Have Answers

September 29th, 2009

It’s 1:00am and the Library is closed. You are attending a tenure committee meeting in the morning and need to figure out how many times your publications have been cited. You need a quick refresher on citation counts. Where can you find the help you need?

Luckily, we know that questions can come up at any time. We’ve collected some of the most frequently asked questions along with the answers. Our How Do I? pages provide quick, step-by-step instructions to questions commonly asked at the Library.

Locate information on:

  • setting up your UVa email on your Blackberry
  • exporting PubMed citations into RefWorks
  • using the Cited Reference Search feature in Web of Science, and lots more

Next time you have questions; try finding the answers from the How Do I? pages. You can find the How Do I? pages under the Find Training tab on the Library Home page.
